Getting to McKay's Sisip (Duck) Camp

If you are flying in from the United States, Northwest Air flies from Minneapolis to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.
For car rentals once you get to Saskatoon, you can book on the following websites: Avis, or One Time.
Driving Directions to Sisip Outfitters (from Saskatoon, SK)
Take highway 11 North East bound from Saskatoon to Prince Albert. Go straight through Prince Albert on the same highway until you come across a bridge. Take the first right across the bridge to Nipawin (Hwy #55). In Nipawin take a left at the first 4-way stop (KFC is on the left). Continue to stay on highway
#55 about 20 minutes until you reach Hwy #123 to E.B Hydro Station/Cumberland House.
Then it is another 20 minutes to Thunder Rapids Lodge by E.B Hydro, and the last 97 km are all-weather gravel highway. While you are at camp, your vehicle will be stored in a secure safe area.

Accessibility by Air
If you choose to fly here we will pick you up at the airport. Our airport has a 2,950 foot hard strip and NBB beacon. It can handle wheeled aircraft like King Air, or fly in on floats and land at the cutoff where the new channel meets Big Stone River ½ mile West from the rapids. You will see boat landings from the air. Please make arrangements before flying in.
