Term and Conditions

Definition of Terms:

1. The PrairieOutdoors.com Outdoor Planner^TM will be referred to as the "Service".
2. The "Customer" is the person using the Service to select and Outfitter and place a reservation.
3. The "Outfitter" is the person or organization receiving payment for offering guided hunting services.

The Outfitter agrees to the following conditions.

1. The Outfitter is responsible for providing a hyperlink from the outfitters website to the Outdoor Planner^TM service URL as specified by PrairieOutdoors.com
2. The Outfitter agrees to pay the commissions at the rate described on the www.PrairieOutdoors.com web site.
3. PrairieOutdoors.com will collect payment online for deposit payments on behalf of the Outfitter.
4. PrairieOutdoors.com will forward payment of the deposit, less the pre-defined commission, to the Outfitter.
5. Deposit payment reconciliation will be made within one month of the date of the deposit.
6. In the event the Outfitter cancels a reservation or reservations made by a Customer using the Service, the Outfitter is responsible for any refunds to the customer.  The commission retained by PrairieOutdoors.com will not be refunded to the Outfitter or the Customer.
7. The Outfitter is responsible for the collection of all subsequent payments from the Customer.

Commission Notes:

* commission payable only on reservations placed by customers while using the Service

* commission rates include all online transaction fees.

* PayPal online payment service is used to ensure customer privacy and security
