Terms & Conditions

1. PrairieOutdoors will enlist a maximum of 10 outfitters per species of big game, waterfowl, upland birds, or fish, per Province (Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba).

2. PrairieOutdoors.com is not responsible for financial arrangements or payment terms between the outfitter and the customer.

3. The Outfitter agrees to pay a $50 pre paid amount per species per province, per year 

4. PrairieOutdoors.com is not responsible for cancellations of any customers.

5. The outfitter may, at their discretion, provide additional information to PrairieOutdoors.com on availability of hunting and/or fishing trips presently available.  PrairieOutdoors.com will make every reasonable effort to make this information available within 3 working days.

6. Upon receipt of a booking request (a lead) from customer, PrairieOutdoors.com will forward lead information to Trip Finder members within 3 business days such that no member of the service will have any unfair or systemic advantage in contacting the customer.

7. The outfitters agrees that they are responsible for all travel arrangements, licenses, and other legal requirements including gun permits and game transport permits, unless otherwise agreed to between the outfitter and the customer.
