Cold lake is home to the Alberta record lake trout 53lbs. Fishing the cold clear waters is excellent all year long. season opens may 20 easy access via highway 28.

Trophy sized Lakers from a beautiful, pristine Lake. Not a very big lake, but very deep. Located about 100km north-east of the town of Athabasca. Best lake for Lake Trout in Northern Alberta. Best to take a 4x4 as the access road can be very rough at times.

A great fly in camp for Lake Trout & Northern Pike. Fishing is great from May till freeze up
